HOW TO MAKE AN ORDER IN FITNESS PRODUCE ONLINE STORE?

Choose the gym equipment and select metal and upholstery colors, metal size if required, as well as additional options if available. Click "ADD TO CART".

Click "VIEW cart", here check if your choice/selection is correct and click “Place Order".

Then submit your contact information and click “Place Order".

You will receive the order confirmation/ or offer within 24 hours.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

We offer a choice of several payment methods: Credit Card, iDeal, Bancontact, Wire transfer, PayPal.

There is also a possibility to choose a partial payment: advance payment of 60% of total amount by placing of the order, and the remaining amount before delivery. Please inform us, if you decide on this option.

You will receive the final invoice at the same time as your delivery.

DO PRICES ON THE ONLINE STORE INCLUDE VAT?

Yes, all prices include VAT ( 21% in Lithuania). If you have a VAT number, you can purchase your order without VAT.

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY CHARGE?

The shipping cost depends on the size and weight of your order.

If you have a large order please contact us as the delivery price would be calculated individually.

HOW LONG IS THE PRODUCTION PROCESS?

Production time is 3-17 weeks. You can see the production or delivery time of each device in the product description.

ARE THE MACHINES DELIVERED ASSEMBLED?

Most gym equipment is shipped disassembled to save on shipping costs and to make transportation easier. The parts are securely packed on a pallet, and assembly instructions are included for straightforward installation. This also allows for easier transport through standard doors. However, upon request, we can deliver some equipment fully assembled. Some devices that cannot be disassembled will arrive assembled. If you're unsure whether the equipment will fit in your space, feel free to contact us for assistance.
